Marie S. Kaczmarek

Marie passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at the age of 102 years. Marie was born in Bay City to Martin and Mary (Janowiak) Keit. She married Leopold Kaczmarek in October 1941, he passed away in November 1978. She was a member of Corpus Christi Parish- Holy Trinity Church where she was a member in the altar society. She was a retired florist co-owner of Keits Flower Shop. Marie loved spending time with family and relatives.
Marie is survived by her children, Nancy (Bill) Sweet, Thomas Kaczmarek, Kathleen (Ossie) McCollum, Peggy (David) Wilson and Robert Leopold Maximillian Kaczmarek, thirteen grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren, one great great grandson and her sister, Madeline Sielinski. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by her son, Peter (Susan) Kaczmarek; brothers, Edward and Martin "Brod" Keit and sister, Irene Mindykowski.
A Funeral Liturgy will take place on Friday, August 3, 2018 at Corpus Christi Parish- Holy Trinity Church at 10:00 a.m. The celebrant will be Rev Fr. Robert J. Kelm with private entombment at Oakwood Mausoleum. Friends may visit with the family at the church on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass.
