Marjorie M. Madol

Marjorie passed away Saturday morning March 27, 2010 at Bay Regional Medical Center, age 88. The daughter of the late Oscar & Margaret Johnson, she was born October 1, 1921 in Ironwood. Marjorie was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church. She retired from Michigan Bell and was a member of it's 'Telephone Pioneers'. Marjorie is survived by a daughter, Christine Divo of Guilford, CT; three grandchildren, Erich Divo, Heidi (Kirk) Miller and David Blehm; three great-grandchildren, Caleb Blehm, Julian Miller and Oliver Miller; a cousin, Claire Jacobson of Bay City; and step-children, Barbara (Jim) Witt and Joseph Madol. Besides her parents, Marjorie was preceded in death by a daughter, Susan Blehm in 1990. A Memorial Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday March 31, 2010 at Messiah Lutheran Church. Officiating will be Rev. Andreas Teich. Friends may gather with the family from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
