Mark William Waibel

Our loving brother and uncle passed away Sunday, September 18, 2016 at McLaren Bay Region. Age 69 years. The son of the late George and Marie (Wieland) Waibel was born July 30, 1947 in Bay City, MI. Mark attended the Apostolic Christian Church. He had a great love for music and enjoyed playing the organ and walking. Left to cherish his memories is one brother; Eugene "Butch" Waibel, two sisters and one brother-in-law; Joy Marie and Don Hanegan and Jill Weiss, one sister-in-law; Jeanette Waibel, two aunts; Laura Wieland and Edith Meier, his nephews and nieces; Chad, Brooke, Jason and Heather, his great nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his brother; Ned George Waibel on May 9, 2016. The family would like to extend a Thank you to the staff of Caretel Inns of the Tri-Cities and Close to Home Assisted Living Hampton for the kind and compassionate care our brother received during his time of need. Private Funeral Services will take place Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be clergy of the church with interment in Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
