Mary A. Gasta

Gasta, Mary A. Bay City, Michigan Mrs. Gasta passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at McLaren Bay Region. Age 100 years. The daughter of the late Anthony and Helen (Sobucki) Marchlewicz was born March 10, 1917 in Bay City, Michigan. Mrs. Gasta enjoyed playing cards, Bingo and baking. Mrs. Gasta is survived by her two children, James (Ellen) Gasta and Pat Gasta; granddaughter, Natalie (Mike) Dineen; five great grandchildren, Steve, Ethan, Allie, Nicholas and Jacob; one niece Barbara Forster. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Gasta and her granddaughter, Melanie Gorney. At the request of Mrs. Gasta cremation has taken place. A private graveside service will take place at St. Patrick Cemetery at a later date. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the wishes of the family.
