Mary K. McDonald

Mrs. McDonald passed away on June 11, 2017 at Heartland Health Care. Age 81 years. The daughter of the late James and Hazel (Pyatt) Rutherford was born in Flint, Michigan on May 8, 1936. Mrs. McDonald was a longtime member of Seventh Day Adventist Church in Bay City. She was a former chairwoman for the American Red Cross Baby Love Program in Bay City. She was also a former member of the Flint Symphony Orchestra as a violinist first chair. Mrs. McDonald is survived by her four children Cindy A. Wilde, Clifford B. Stewart, Michael J. Stewart, and Matthew L Stewart; ten grandchildren; fifteen grandchildren; and one great great grandchild. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one son, James L Stewart, and one daughter, Leslie A Stewart. At the request of Mrs. McDonald cremation has taken place and there will be no services at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Private inurnment will take place at Floral Gardens Cemetery at a later date.
