Mary Ann Mendyk

Mrs. Mendyk passed away peacefully at her residence, surrounded by her family. Age 80 years. The daughter of the later Frank and Mary (Brennan) Grondzik was born September 11, 1935 in Detroit, MI. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting but most of all spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Left behind to cherish her memory are her children and their spouses; Mitchell and Wendy Mendyk, Terrence and Mary Mendyk, Cynthia Goodeman, Susan and Dan Dinsmore, Ellen and Ed Barnett, John and Terri Mendyk, Joyce and Dan Hamilton, 23 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband; Max Mendyk, two sons; Mark and Michael Mendyk. Funeral Services will take place Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Pastor Rob Fries with interment following in Floral Gardens Cemetery. The family will be present at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services to meet family and friends.
