Michael James Harris

Michael passed away at his home on Sunday, November 17, 2024 at the age of 65. The son of the late Ronald and Patricia (Noel) Harris was born March 4, 1959 in Bay City, Michigan. Michael was retired as a pipefitter from the Local 85 and enjoyed scuba diving.

Michael is survived by his three sons, Joe (Kristy) Harris, Ron (Lindsay) Harris and Zach (Gretchyn) Harris; four grandchildren, Logan, Conner, Oliver and Piper Harris; one sister, Myra Karbowski and one nephew, Josh Harris. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Ron Harris; brother-in-law, Dick Karbowski and his nephew, Adam Harris

At the request of Michael Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place at a later date. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum.
