Michael A. Vink

Michael passed away Sunday, August 9, 2020 at Faith Hospice-Trillium Woods with his family by his side at the age of 66 years. Michael was born December 31, 1953 in Bay City, Michigan. Michael started his career with General Motors in the early 70's and retired from the Coopersville plant after 32 years. He enjoyed watching movies, going to restaurants with his family, swimming, watching the Detroit Tigers and Detroit Lions. Michael also loved spending time in his home and was passionate about his dogs Dexter and Omar. Michael was a sweet loving brother who was very generous to his family.
Michael is survived by his mother, Virginia (Rapelje) Vink; four brothers and sisters, Barbara Evans, Robert Vink, Jeffrey Vink and Pamela ( Mark) Fassett; four nieces and nephews, Patrick Evans, Joseph Evans, Aila Fassett and Sienna Fassett; close friends, Haley Ritter, Brandon Levay and Tammy Mosher. Michael is preceded in death by his father, Hazen Vink.
