Mildred L.Gaiser "Millie" (Kline) Bay City, Michigan Mrs. Gaiser passed away early Monday morning, December 7, 2015 at The Carriage House of Bay City after a courageous battle with cancer. Age 83 years. The daughter of the late John and Lula Belle (Leavitt) Kline was born September 14, 1932 in Essexville, Michigan. She was an active member of Faith Lutheran Church, she was instrumental in opening the Church/School Library and was a member of the Kawkawlin/Linwood VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Millie was formerly employed at Gardella Food, she enjoyed working in her yard, gardening and spending time up north at her cabin. Most of all she cherished the time that she spent with Lloyd, her children and grandchildren traveling, going on many trips to St. Croix, Turk and Caicos, British West Indies and two trips to Alaska. Left behind to cherish her memories are five children and their spouses; Pam and Roger Talaga, Pete and Terri Gaiser, Paula and Tom Maus, Penny Gaiser and Patti and Mike Sharp. Sixteen grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren, one brother; Robert Kline, one sister-in-law; Norma Kline and her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty one years; Lloyd W. Gaiser, two brothers; John Kline and Archie Kline, two sisters-in-law; Irene Cavanaugh and Beverly Kline and sister and brother-in-law; Leona and William Tolland, two nephews; John Kline and Cpl. Robert Kline. The family would like to thank the many friends and family that offered support to our mother and to us through this long illness. Your kindness is greatly appreciated and will always be remembered. Amy Roese Herber and Jean Roese thank you so much for your love, support and friendship this past year. We are thankful for our 50 year friendship. Funeral Service will take place on Friday, December 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Faith Lutheran Church. Officiating will be Rev. Daniel C. Meckes and Rev. Matt Hall with private interment in Elm Lawn Park Cemetery. At the request of Mrs. Gaiser, there will be no visitation at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Mrs. Gaiser will be taken to the church on Friday to lie in state from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a memorial to Faith Lutheran Church or the Donor's Favorite Charity. www.gephartfuneralhome.com
