Nancy J. Gokee
Nancy passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at her home with her family by her side at the age of 86 years. Nancy was born May 21, 1933 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Howard and Edna (Baker) Smith. Nancy enjoyed doing crafts and worked for the fabric fair for 17 years.
Nancy is survived by her three children, Jerry (Francis) Gokee, Ellen (Andrew) Keeler and Shawn Gokee; seven grandchildren, Gregory (Amy) Gokee, Michael Halcro, Becky Lachik, Amy Halcro, Shawn Gokee Jr., Brenda Helber and Samuel Gokee; twenty four great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Malcom Gokee and grandson, Bryan Bush.
Cremation has taken place and private inurnment will take place at Denmark Township Cemetery at a later date. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to make a memorial contribution to wishes of the family.
