Neil P. Maxwell

Neil P. Maxwell, our beloved brother, uncle, cousin and friend passed away November 15, 2015 in Denver, Colorado, which was his home for the past 33 years. Neil was born August 18, 1963 to the late John and Phyllis (Irwin) Maxwell. Neil worked at Rioja Restaurant and was known as one of the best servers in the business, winning the Top of the Rocky Award. Neil loved to read, travel abroad and spend time with family and friends.
Neil is survived by his sisters, Marilyn (Dennis) Carrier, Maureen (Alex) Simmon, Patty Kilvington, Margie Maxwell and Brenda (Steve) Sittler; along with his nieces and nephews. Also surviving are his special cousins, Mike, Mary Lee and Darrell Irwin and his good friends, Marcie and Russ Burley. Neil was also preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Roger Kilvington.
A Memorial Mass will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Corpus Christi Parish - Holy Trinity Campus. The Celebrant will be Rev. Fr. Robert Kelm. Visitation will be at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
