Nirmala V. Kantebet

Nirmala passed away September 22, 2015 at McLaren Bay Region. Age 78 years. She was born October 22, 1936 in Bombay, India. She retired from Met-Life Insurance Company as a Systems Analyst after 30 years of service. Nirmala was an avid reader, enjoyed spending time at her condo on the Saginaw Bay in Linwood but most all spending time with her grandchildren. Left behind to cherish her memories are one son and daughter-in-law, Satish and Debbie Kantebet; one son-in-law, Sam Nagarkar, M.D.; three grandchildren, Katie Kantebet, Kyle Kantebet and Sheila (Joel) Palmer; one brother, Gurudutt Manel; one niece, Purnima Prasad and one nephew, Samir Prasad. Nirmala was preceded in death by her husband, Vasant Kantebet and her daughter, Sujata. At the request of Nirmala cremation has taken place. A private family service will take place on Saturday.
