Our loving mother, grandmother and sister passed away Thursday morning November 12, 2015 at the Harbor House in Bay City, Michigan. Age 61 years. The daughter of the late Edward and Minnie (Mieske) Weitzel was born September 04, 1954 in Bay City and has resided here all of her life. Noreen graduated from T.L. Handy High School, she enjoyed making ceramic's, singing, an occasional shopping trip and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by one son; Brandon L. Curler and his fiancée Bridget Martens, grandson; Reichen Curler, three brothers, one sister and their spouses; Larry and Sherry Weitzel, Dale and Sharon Weitzel, Sharon and Ray Cobb, Timothy and Lou Ann Weitzel, many nieces, nephews, and the staff and her friends at the Harbor House. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one brother; Dennis Weitzel. Funeral Services will take place Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. Daniel C. Meckes with interment following Floral Gardens Cemetery. The family will be present at the funeral home to receive visitors on Monday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
