Norval E. Goebel

Mrs. Goebel passed away on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at her residence. Age 88 years. The daughter of the late Herman W. and Ethel M. (Chapin) Drengberg Sr. was born May 13, 1929 in Hale, Michigan. Mrs. Goebel was a member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, she loved knitting, plastic canvas and doing word searches.

Mrs. Goebel is survived by her three sons, Leland Goebel, Karl Goebel and Brian (Patty) Goebel; two daughters, Edwina Paine and Judy Peters; seven grandchildren, David Peters, Kelli (Michael) Najdowski, Mollee (Jason) Neitzel, Jennifer Owczarzak, Karl Goebel Jr., Gabriel Goebel and Andrew Shorkey; two great grandchildren, Vincent Najdowski and Arianna Najdowski and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth J. Goebel; five brothers, Herman, Arthur, Harold, Dennis and Charles Drengberg; two sisters, Gladys Drengberg and Alba Shaw and one son-in-law, Dale Paine.

Funeral and Committal services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. Richard D. Starr with private interment in Floral Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services. Memorial cards for Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church will be available at the funeral home.
