Patricia Lyn Hildebrant, 59, of Imlay City, (formerly of Bay City), passed away peacefully in her sleep May 1, 2019. Patricia was born April 6, 1960 to Ronald Hildebrant and Lorna Thrush. She was the third of four children. She grew up bouncing around the thumb helping her family work on flipping houses and enjoying country living. In 1978, she graduated from Bay City Central High School. During this time, she met John Birdsall and they started a relationship. They married June 2, 1979. She was a proud mother of two children. Roberta warmed their hearts in 1980 and Brandon completed the family in 1984.
She loved traveling for work and met a lot of wonderful people along the way. She loved fishing, reading, music, dancing, making jewelry, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and spending time with her family. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother, and cherished the friends that she has made over the years.
She is survived by her mother Lorna Thrush, of, MI; daughter Roberta (Eric) Arnold, MI and son Brandon (Allison) Birdsall, of, IA; brother Rod (Matthew Meehan) Hildebrant, of FL; sister Judith Hildebrant of FL; grandchildren Callen Arnold and Nova Birdsall; her loving partner of six years Cindy Neal; several nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her brother Robert Hildebrant, and father Ronald Hildebrant.
To celebrate Patrica's love of purple or the Pittsburgh Steelers the family would welcome seeing people dressed with a touch of purple or Steelers apparel.
Funeral and Committal service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Pastor Chris Radcliffe. At the request of Patricia, cremation will take place following the service with private inurnment in Floral Gardens Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at the Gephart Funeral Home on Friday, May 10, 2019 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday, May 11, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers those planning an expression of sympathy may make wish to make a memorial contribution to the Wishes of the Family.
