Patricia L. Huston

Patricia Louise Huston, age 82, of Bay City, MI passed away peacefully on January 4, 2017 with her family at her side.
Mrs. Huston was born May 3, 1934, in Detroit, MI, the oldest child of seven to Francis and Edith Donahue. She married the late Roger Charles Huston, Sr. on May 5, 1956 in Wayne, MI, where they started their family of three children, Cynthia, Roger, and Cathy. They moved "north" to West Branch, MI in 1966, where Pat became a stay at home Mom until 1987, when she was licensed as a realtor, retiring from C.A. Hanes Real Estate in 1998. Some of her other interests included reading, volunteering at Hospice of West Branch, flower and vegetable gardening, quilting, creating and distributing her own coupon exchange newsletter, casinos, and the Gifford family poker games (Poker Pat).
Surviving her are a son, Roger Huston, Jr.,( Vickie Picard), daughter Cathy (Ed) Gifford, all of Bay City, MI., granddaughter Jessica Sheffield, great grandchildren, Shawn, Kayla, Cynthia, siblings, Kay Donahue, Westland, MI, Judy (Bob) Pease, Alvordton, OH, Michael (Clara) Donahue, Sarasota, FLA, Edith Dennis, Sarasota, FLA, Tim (Jim) Donahue, Columbia, S.C., and many cherished nieces, nephews, and friends.
Pat was preceded in death by her sister Dorothy Kliczinski, her parents, Francis ad Edith Donahue, her husband Roger and daughter Cynthia.
Pat was dearly loved by many and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. www.gephartfuneralhome.com
