Patricia Ann Sanders-Saladine

Patricia Ann Saladine-Sanders Auburn, Michigan Our loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away Monday, August 31, 2015 at McLaren Bay Region in Bay City, MI. Age 77 years. The daughter of the late Elbert and Mary Ann (Kozuch) Jones was born November 20, 1937 in Midland, Michigan and resided in Bay County for many years. Pat was a longtime member of the American Business Women, Co-Owner of Sanders Ambulance Service and Sanders AFC Homes. She proudly served her community on the Bay County Sheriff Department - Special Deputy Unit, she was an avid bowler, enjoyed playing bingo and most of all she cherished the time she spent with her family. On August 3, 1991 she married her husband of twenty four years Fredilien"Ted" Saladine and he is left behind to cherish her memories along with three daughters and one son-in-law; Cynthia Bowen, Brenda Sanders, Patricia and Earl Martindale, one son and two daughters-in-law; Floyd and Lynn Sanders and Christine Sanders. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, three brothers and three sisters-in-law; Donald and Susan Jones, Frank and Debbie Jones, Elbert and Mary Lou Jones, one sister and one brother-in-law; Barbara and Roger Markell, many stepchildren, step great grandchildren, one step great great grandchildren, her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews cousins and friends. On June 19, 1954 she married Stanley L. Sanders I and he preceded her in death on April 5, 1989. She was also preceded in death by her son Stanley L. Sanders II on August 28, 2015. Funeral Services will take place Friday, September 4, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. Joseph Atchinson with interment following in Oak Ridge Cemetery. The family will be present at the funeral home on Thursday to receive visitors from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a memorial to the wishes of the family.
