Patricia M. Zuchnik

Mrs. Zuchnik passed away Thursday, November 12, 2015 at Bay Medical Care Facility. Age 84 years. The daughter of the late Thomas and Helen (Obermiller) Kaptur was born April 27, 1931 in Bay City. She was a member of Corpus Christi Parish-St. Hedwig Church. Mrs. Zuchnik enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Left behind to cherish her memory are one daughter and son-in-law; Linda and Leo Grotkowski, one daughter-in-law; Carolyn Zuchnik, four grandchildren; Brad and Lauren Grotkowski, Harrison and Kassidy Zuchnik, one sister-in-law; Irene Charbonneau, several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband; Harry Zuchnik and one son; Jerome "Jay" Zuchnik. The family would like to extend a special Thank You to the staff of Bay Medical Care Facility for the kind and compassionate care our loved one received during her time of need. At the request of Mrs. Zuchnik cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will take place Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Corpus Chrisit Parish-St. Hedwig Church (1504 S. Kiesel St. Bay City, MI 48706. The celebrant will be Rev. Fr Kevin N. Kerbawy with private inurnment in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. The family will be present at the church on Tuesday to receive family and friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
