Phillis E. Campbell

Phillis Campbell passed away Friday November 6, 2020 at Bay County Medical Care Facility after a lengthy illness. Phillis Elizabeth Campbell (Rosecrans) was born June 20, 1942 to the late Lyle and Hazel (Bird) Rosecrans in Bay City, Mi. She was a lifelong resident and worked several years for Dr. Cook of Bay City. She enjoyed bowling, painting, computer games, and most of all being with her family. Phillis is survived by her son Eric and daughter in law Christine Campbell of Saginaw, grandchildren Kevin, Kayla, Sarah and a sister in-law; Susan Rosecrans of Bay City and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter Sally, her husband John Burton Campbell and her brother Lyle Rosecrans. Due to the pandemic no services will be held.
