Phyllis I. Parks

Parks, Phyllis I. Bay City, Michigan Mrs. Parks passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at her residence. Age 80 years. The daughter off the late Charles and Alta (Campbell) Spencer was born December 21, 1931 in Flint, Michigan. Mrs. Parks enjoyed horse back riding, gardening and taking care of people. Mrs. Parks is survived by four children, Sally Mason, Kathy Matthews, Alfred "Spark" (Mary Jo) Parks and BillieJo (Tony) LaMoria; eleven grandchildren, several great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews; two brothers, Michael (Margaret) Spencer and Bob (Caroline) Spencer. In addition to her parents Phyllis was also preceded in death by her husband Alfred D. Parks; one son, Mark D. Parks and three brothers, Daniel, Jerry and Bill Spencer. At the request of Mrs. Parks cremation has taken place. A private family memorial service will take place at a later date.
