Raymond P. Lesniak

Lesniak, Raymond P. Bay City, Michigan Mr. Lesniak passed away Friday, October 12, 2012 at Bay Shores Nursing Home. Age 51 years. Raymond was born April 7, 1961 in Bay City, Michigan. Raymond is survived by his mother, Marie L. Lesniak; one son, Jacob Lesniak; one sister, Kimberly Hacker; one brother, Dean Lesniak; one special friend, Dawn; two nieces, Marlena and Mandie Hacker and two nephews, Jason and Justin Hacker. Raymond was preceded in death by his father, Ronald C. Lesniak and his grandparents, Joseph and Edna Lesniak and Harry and Alice Grischke. At the request of Mr. Lesniak cremation has taken place with a private family memorial service. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Gephart Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. Memorial cards for Wishes of the family will be available at the funeral home.
