Richard "Rick" A. Pomaville

Rick passed away Friday, May 8, 2020 at his residence at the age of 75 years. He was born in Bay City on January 16, 1945 to the late Ronald and Maxine (Polzin) Pomaville. On March 22, 1969 he married the former Dinah Swanson in Bay City and they spent 51 years together. Rick proudly served his country in the United States Army Reserves and was a member of Faith Lutheran Church. He worked for NewCor for thirty-seven years and then owned and operated Carmine LLC. from 2004 to 2020. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching his grandchildren play sports.
Rick is survived by his wife, Dinah; daughter, Tiffany (Danny) Clemons; son, Garrett (Dayna) Pomaville; grandchildren, Brittany and Derek Clemons, Carly, Blake and Linden Pomaville; sister, Renee (Robert) Kazmarek and nephew, Andre (Belia) Kazmarek. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his niece, Nicole Kazmarek.
