Robert P. Carlson

Our loving brother and friend passed away in the early evening on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at the Mclaren Bay Region hospital in Bay City, Michigan. Age 61 years old. The son of the late Leo and Emily (Peake) Carlson was born on February 11, 1956 in Bay City and spent his entire life in the tri-city area. His biggest passions in life were listening to music, bowling, swimming, and Christmas lights. Robert had a favorite fan that he took everywhere with him. Mr. Carlson is survived by one sister, Linda (David) Fleck; two sister-in-laws, Marcia Carlson and Sandy Carlson; several nieces and nephews; his dog Lola, and all of his friends at the Georgetown Facility. He is predeceased by his parents; three brothers, Leo V. Carlson, Frank Carlson, and David W. "Butch" Carlson. At the request of Mr. Carlson cremation will take place and there will be no services held at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. A private family interment will take place at the Fairview Cemetery in Fairview, Michigan.
