Sandra C. Rogers, of Saginaw, passed away Sunday morning November 25, 2012 at her residence. Age 70. She was born May 24, 1942 in Bay City. Sandra was a wonderful homemaker who loved to cook and take care of her family. She was a very caring and giving person who always put the needs of others before herself. Sandra also enjoyed traveling across the United States and especially liked New York City. On June 24, 1984 Sandra married John H. Rogers and he survives her along with her seven children, Randy Canute of Saginaw, Ronnette Kachiros of Mio, Leasa (Eric) Smith of Saginaw, Rhonda (Dee) Brady of Saginaw, Rick Canute of Saginaw, Tammy Canute of Munger and Daren Canute of Saginaw; two step-children, Jean Ann Jennell of Midland and David Rogers of Saginaw; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; her mother, Betty Braley; two sisters, Karen DeCatur and Pam Braley; a brother, Bob (Bonnie) Braley; and several nieces & nephews. Sandra was preceded in death by her father, Howard Braley; two sisters, Kimberly Braley and Sherry Centala; and a grandson, Kyle Enser. A Memorial Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at the Gephart Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Joseph Atchinson. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the wishes of the family.
