Sharon K. Coppinger

Sharon passed away Saturday, April 22, 2017 in Sarasota, Florida. Age 63 years. She was born July 17, 1953 in Bay City, MI. She worked as a Medical Lab Tech. for many years. Sharon was a member of New Life Lutheran Church. She graduated in 1971 from John Glenn High School. Sharon was an avid quilter, enjoyed sewing and kayaking.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald Coppinger; her children, Kristy (Nate) Boyette, Michelle Kluver and RyAnne Coppinger; her grandchildren, Layne and Evan Boyette, Jillian Coppinger and Duncan Kluver; her mother,Viola Karrick; her sisters and brother, Connie Gerard, David Karrick, Denise (Tom) Sequin; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Russell Karrick; her brother, Daniel Karrick; her sister, Susie Karrick; her brother-in-law, Melvin Gerard and her nephew, Jeremiah Gerard.
A Memorial Service will take place Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. Matthew Hall. The family will be present at the funeral home to receive family and friends on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services.
