Sharon passed away on Monday, March 17, 2025 at McLaren Bay Region at the age of 68. The daughter of the late Julian and Helen (O’Hare) Marchlewicz was born January 4, 1957 in Bay City, Michigan. Sharon was a devout catholic and a member of St. Jude Thaddeus Parish. She started off as a co-op student for the school counting lunch money, which turned into a 44 years career for the Bay City Public Schools in the finance department. Sharon enjoyed going to the family cabin at Mullett Lake, water skiing and jet skiing.

Sharon is survived by her brother, William “Bill” Marchlewicz; brother-in-law, Rick Robbins; nephew, Timothy (Valerie) Robbins and their three children, Kelsi Jo, Rae Lynn and Pierce Michael; niece, Katie (Jason) Stefaniak and her long-time friend, Dianne Shurkey. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sister, Julie Ann Robbins.

A memorial Liturgy will take place at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 13, 2025 at St. Jude Thaddeus Parish. Private inurnment will take place at a later date at St. Patrick’s Cemetery. Visitation will take place at the church on Friday, June 13, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the Bay City Central Band Boosters.
