Provo, Shawn Patrick Bay City, Michigan Shawn passed away Thursday, July 22, 2010 at Bay Regional Medical Center. Age 2 years. He was born April 10, 2008. Shawn is survived by his father, Adam Provo; mother, Ashley Rylander; sister, Amanda Rylander (4 years); grandmother, Terri Amanda Rylander (Harger) who passed away July 19, 2007; grandparents, Tom and Terri Provo, great grandparents, Harvey and Patricia Harger; aunts and uncles, Christian and Jennifer Harger, Daryl and Tracey Harger, Barry Rylander and Samantha Rivard, Eric Rylander and Kristine Sanders, Shane Sanders, Jesus and Kelly Arambula, Lisa Provo and Pete Kundinger; cousins, Christian and Ethen Rylander, Hailey Rylander, Chuy and Sarah Arambula, Logen Henderson and Kalib, Alex and Collin Kundinger. Funeral and Committal services will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Bay Valley Christian Church. Officiating will be Rev. David Ferranti. Friends may visit at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Tuesday from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday at the church from 1:00 p.m. and until the time of services. Memorial cards for wishes of the family will be available at the funeral home.
