Sheila passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at the Carriage house in Bay City, Michigan at the age of 55. She was born to Robert and Judy (Wysocki) Crowl on December 25, 1967 in Bay City, Michigan. She attended In His Presence Ministry. She attended John Glenn High School and continued her education at Dorsey College and received her certificate in Medical Billing. She loved volunteering at the hospital and helping people find their way around. Sheila was a greeter at Walmart for 10 years, she loved her job and everyone loved her. She was a big Michael Jackson fan and loved going to concerts. She treasured her two dogs, Delilah and Jasper and enjoyed taking Jasper and Delilah for walks. She loved watching lifetime movies every Friday with her sister Sherry. She enjoyed playing video games and online games, especially candy crush. She liked going to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner and drinks and going shopping as well. Sheila was a very strong person despite being handicapped and conquered so many things in life. She loved life and was a happy-go-lucky girl, always known for her positive attitude.
Sheila is survived by her parents, Robert and Judy Crowl; sisters, Cindy Dana, Sherry Crowl and Tammy (Monty) Munro; special nephew, Justin (Christi) Barnella, whom she was very close with; nieces and nephews, Shay Snider, Tamara Hicks, Eli Murphy, Alexandria Johnson and Antonio Williams; great nieces and nephews, Mason, Chance, Jade and Jordan and many cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard Morehead; her grandparents and several aunts and uncles.
Sheila would like to thank the Shriners Hospital for trying to help her get up and walk for the first 20 years of her life. The family of Sheila would like to extend a very special thank you to all of the caregivers Sheila had over the years, especially Anna, Katie and Brianna.
Memorial service for Sheila will take place on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Officiating will be Pastor Kevin jones. The family will be present to receive visitors at the Church on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions in Sheila’s name may be made to the Wishes of the Family.
