Shellie Lynn Turmell

Shellie passed away Friday, February 14, 2020 at McLaren Bay Region at the age of 51 years. She was born in Bay City on February 5, 1969 to Kenneth and Carol (Hanover) Rivet. On October 18, 1996 she married Brad Turmell in Bay City and were married for 23 years. Shellie enjoyed baking, the outdoors, camping, biking, fishing and playing on her computer. Most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren, husband and her dogs Dude and Baby.
Shellie is survived by her husband, Brad; daughter, Andrea Lynn McKee; grandchildren, Lexie, Landon and Logan McKee; mother, Carol Schmolitz; sister, Debra Rowell; brother, Greg (Peggy) Rowell and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Shellie was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Rivet; stepfather, Jerome Schmolitz; father and mother-in-law, Floyd and Annette Turmell and grandparents, Clarence and Elsie Hanover.
