Shirley Mae Johnson

Shirley passed away March 18, 2015 at Plainview Assisted Living in Auburn. The daughter of the late George and Emma (Mantz) Johnson was born January 17, 1927 in Alpena. She retired from Besser Company in Alpena and was an Executive Secretary to Mr. Besser. Shirley was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Alpena. She is survived by her sister-in-law; Evelene Johnson, one nephew; Brian (Lisa) Johnson, two nieces; Kerry (John) Pett and Sherry Langlois, several great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by one brother; Bernard Johnson, sister; Margaret Langlois, one nephew; Ronald Langlois. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Midland St. Bay City, MI 48706) on Friday March 20, 2015 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Graveside services conducted by Pastor Joshua Schultz will take place Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in Evergreen Cemetery in Alpena.
