Steven J. Caldwell

Steven passed away Friday, January 1, 2016 at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. Age 62. He was born June 14, 1954 in Salem, NJ. Beloved husband of Janet Scheddel. Dearest father of Mark (Tammy) Ludy, Jeremy (Katie) Caldwell, Jessica (Mike) Loan, Jaime (Sarah) Caldwell, Rebecca (Tim) Richardson, Paige (Morgan Jewett) Caldwell & Brooke Caldwell. Survived by 12 loving grandchildren & one great grandson. Loving son of Robert & the late Joann Caldwell. Dear brother of Robert (Sharlene) Caldwell, his mother-in-law; Bonnie Scheddel, his sister-in-law; Linda (Fred) Heckerthorn, his brother-in-law; Tim (Vicki) Scheddel, many nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother he was also preceded in death by his father-in-law; Duane Scheddel. Visitation will take place Wednesday, January 6, 2016 from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons, Inc. (Shelby Twp.) 54880 Van Dyke at 25 Mile Road, Shelby Township, MI. Funeral Services will Friday, January 8, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. with private interment in Oak Ridge Cemetery. The family will be present at the funeral home to receive family and friends on Thursday, January 7, 2016 from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
