Sujata "Suj" Tillen

Sujata "Suj" Tillen passed away Saturday, January 24, 2015 at McLaren Bay Region with her family at her side. Age 54 years. She was born March 2, 1960 in Bombay, India and has lived in Bay City for many years. Sujata was the former office manager of S. Nagarkar, MD, was a respiratory therapist and was formerly employed at St. Mary's of Michigan - Standish Hospital. She enjoyed cooking and entertaining and most of all she cherished the time she spent with family and friends. She is survived by her husband; Bill Tillen, one daughter and son-in-law; Sheila and Joel Palmer, her mother; Nirmala Kantebet, one brother and sister-in-law; Satish and Debra Kantebet, very special friend; Sam Nagarkar, one niece and one nephew; Katelyn and Kyle Kantebet, her loving dog; Jack and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father; Vasant Kantebet. The family will receive visitors at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Thursday, January 29, 2015 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. with a time of sharing memories at 7:00 p.m. At the request of Sujata cremation has taken place. Those planning an expression of sympathy may consider a memorial to "The Wishes of the Family" for a memorial to be established in memory of Sujata at a later time.
