Suzanne (Steudle) M. Diaz

Diaz, Suzanne M. (Steudle) Bay City, Michigan Mrs. Diaz passed away early Thursday morning March 7, 2013 at her residence with her loving family at her side. Age 59 years. She was born April 19, 1953 in Bay City and has resided here all of her life. She was a Registered Nurse and was formerly employed at St. Mary's Medical Center, Covenant Health Care and the Carriage House of Bay City. She graduated from John Glenn High School and Delta College. Suzanne enjoyed fishing, bowling, golfing and camping. On July 28, 1973 she married her husband of 39 years. Mero Diaz and he survives her passing along with one daughter; Amber Walther of Bay City, one step son; David Diaz of Alabama, her mother; Evelyn Steudle, one granddaughter; Taylor Walther, two sisters and six brothers; Joe Steudle, Tim and Sue Steudle, Jim Steudle, John and Cheryl Steudle, Theresa Tylka, Liz and Mel Svorinic and Tom Steudle and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father; Robert Steudle. Funeral Services will take place Monday, March 11, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc.. Officiating will be Rev. Fr. Craig L. Albrecht with interment following in Calvary Cemetery in Kawkawlin, MI. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Memorial cards for St. Mary's Catholic Church will be available at the funeral home.
