CHARTIER, Thomas L. Chartier of Oakley passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at Bay Regional Medical Center. The Funeral Liturgy will take place Monday, March 8, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Officiating will be Rev. Fr. Robert Meissner with cremation following. Private inurnment will take place in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Vigil for the Deceased will take place Sunday at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Tom will be taken to the church on Monday to lie in state from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services.
