Thomas Charles Moore

Thomas passed away Sunday evening July 9, 2017 at Close to Home Assisted Living. Age 74 years. The son of the late Richard and Violet (Nixon) Moore was born October 21, 21, 1942 in Dearborn, MI. He worked many years as a truck driver. He enjoyed sitting outside, gardening and his pet cat. He proudly served his country in the United States Military. Left behind to cherish his memories is his daughter,Cindy Moore-Cook. A special Thank you to Close to Home Assisted Living and Great Lakes Pace for the kind and compassionate care Thomas received during his time of need. Funeral and Committal Services will take place Monday, July 17, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. Charles Campbell. Private Interment will take place in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Visitations will take place Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
