Vicky Kay Falk Bay City, Michigan Our loving wife, mother, grandmother went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday evening December 3, 2015 at her residence. Age 64 years. The daughter of the late Ingvald and Pearl G. (Coats) Johnson was born September 11, 1951 in Moline, IL. She was an active member of St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church, taught school at St. Bartholomew Lutheran School for nine years, several years at St. John's Lutheran School and always worked alongside her husband in Ministry. In her free time she enjoyed visiting lighthouses, camping, long walks with Mike and most of all she cherished the visits and time she spent with her children and grandchildren. On June 17, 1972 she married her husband of forty three years Michael W. Falk and he is left behind to cherish her memories along with six children and their spouses; Jennifer and Richard Heil, Michael W. and Katy Falk II, Jason and Jennifer Falk, Joshua and Karisa Falk, Jessica and Randy Peck and Amanda and Bill Perkins, nine grandchildren; Wesley, Audrey, Elizabeth, Maxwell, Sophia, Owen, Madelyn, Allison and Charlotte, two brothers and two sisters-in-law; Myron and Kathy Johnson and Randy and Linda Johnson, her mother-in-law; Elaine Falk and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Besides her parents Ingvald and Pearl she was preceded in death by one brother and one sister-in-law; Allen and Darlene Johnson and one sister; Judith Johnson. Funeral and Committal Services will take place Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church 706 W. Jane St. Bay City, Michigan. Officiating will be Rev. Paul E. Schweppe and Rev. Paul E. Schaewe with cremation following at Sunset Valley Crematory. The family will be present at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Sunday from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. (There will be no visitation on Monday). Mrs. Falk will be taken to the church on Tuesday to lie in state from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a memorial to St. John's LES Trust Fund or St. John's Ministerial Student Trust Fund will be available.
