Vincent Stanley Sikora

Vincent passed away Friday, January 10, 2020 at Rowlett Health and Rehab Center in Rowlett, Texas at the age of 85 years after an extended illness. He was born October 26, 1934 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Joseph and Julia (Baldys) Sikora. Vincent served in the U.S. Army from 1957 to 1959. He enjoyed outdoor activities, traveling to Hawaii with his late wife, serving in his church and loving his family.

He is survived by his three daughters, Cherri (Michael) Yankee, Linda (George) Long and Debbie Mol; three grandchildren, Stephanie (Adrian) Cervini, Rebecca Yankee and Heather (John) Benner; three great grandchildren, Makenzie, Gideon and Rowena. In addition to his parents Vincent is preceded in death by his wife, Belle Sikora, two brothers, Joseph Sikora and Henry Sikora, and son-in-law, Alan Mol.

Funeral and Committal service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Peoples Baptist Church in Bay City, Michigan. Officiating will be given by Pastor Daniel R. Hester with private burial in Floral Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home on Friday, January 17, 2020 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Mr. Sikora will be taken to the church on Saturday to lie in state from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy in lieu of flowers may wish to make a memorial contribution to Peoples Baptist Church.
