Virginia L. Habowski

Mrs. Habowski passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at Luther Manor in Saginaw. Age 89 years. The daughter of the late Edward and Mary (Wazbinski) Wenglikowski was born November 30, 1922 in Bay County. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. She was a beautician for over sixty years and worked as a realtor. She is survived by three children; Deborah (Lyle) VanWert of Prudenville, MI, Sandra Habowski of Phoenix, AZ and Tami (Steve) Anderson of Lone Tree, CO, her sisters; Genevieve Bruton, Theodora Nogaski, Mary Ann Ferrigno, Margorie Berg, one sister-in-law; Margaret Schmidt. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband; Gerald R. Habowski, her brothers; Casmir and Edward Wenglikowski, her sisters; Delphene Gwizdala, and Phil Carroll, her brothers-in-law; Robert, Kenneth and James Habowski The Funeral Liturgy will take place Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. The celebrant will be Rev. Fr. Robert J. Meissner with private interment in St. Valentines Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services. There will be a wake for family and friends at 6:00 p.m. Saturday at the Wil-Lew Tavern at the corner of Midland and Two Mile Rd.
