Marotzke, Vivian W. Frankenmuth, Michigan Vivian Marotzke passed away Saturday, September 15, 2012 at her residence. Age 84 years. The daughter of the late Stephen and Elda (Jones) Davis was born September 30, 1927 in Saginaw, Michigan. Vivian was a member of Zion Lutheran church and enjoyed her grandchildren, great grandchildren and spending time with her family. She was the eighth child of eleven in her family. Vivian is survived by her husband Richard R. Marotzke whom she married January 25, 1947, three children, Connie Fisher of Gladwin, Bonnie (Mark) VanVoorhees of Frankenmuth and Richard (Joann) Marotzke Jr. of Saginaw; seven grandchildren, Stephanie (Phil) Esaceno, Rachelle Fisher, Dawn (Ruben) Salazar, Craig Fisher, Emma VanVoorhees, Zach Marotzke and Faith Marotzke; four great grandchildren, Brent, Trevor and Abigail Esaceno and Aiden Salazar, along with many other nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents Vivian was also preceded in death by six brothers, Earl, Donald, Enoch, John, Robert and Stephen Davis; four sisters, Elda, Margaret, Evelyn and Barbara. At the request or Vivian cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 30, 2012 at Zion Lutheran Church. Officiating will be Rev. John W. Wernecke. A private inurnment will take place at a later date at Floral Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call at the Zion Lutheran church on Sunday, September 30, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. and until the time of services. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Zion Lutheran Church or McLaren Bay Regional Hospice.
