Warren R. Kolb

Mr. Kolb passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2017 at McLaren Bay Region. Age 90 years. The son of the late Henry and Lydia (Weiss) Kolb was born February 23, 1927 in Bay City, Michigan. Mr. Kolb was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, self-employed residential builder, served in the U.S. Army and enjoyed flying airplanes and fishing. Mr. Kolb is survived by two sisters, Lucille Crook and Maggie Defrain; three sisters-in-law, Arlene Henderson, Viola Skrzyczak and Ardythe Biskupski; two nephews, Ernie Highlen and Jeff Crook and many other nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents Mr. Kolb was also preceded in death by his wife, Tille. At the request of Mr. Kolb cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. Paul G. Kruse. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
