Wendell P. "Whit" Partlow

Mr. Partlow passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018. Age 54 years.  Mr. Partlow was born     in Saginaw, Michigan April 8, 1964 to the late Robert Gary and Michaelene (Kozak) Partlow.  In his free time he enjoyed building models, working on vehicles, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Mr. Partlow is survived by Brother; Donald (Beth) Partlow; Sisters; Vicki Partlow, Tina Kettler, and Kari Partlow; Sons, David Partlow (Kayleigh), Jeremy Haire (Kayla); Daughters, Tiffany Brown-Schnell, Nicole Wilson-Farnsworth, Erica Jo; Grandkids, Nolen, Aspen, Austin, Braedon, Landon, Gavin, Easton, Jade, Alaina,  and Ashton; Special friend Tina Stevens-Giddings; And many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins; ex-wives, Pam Partlow and Tracy Partlow. Mr. Partlow is Predeceased by his mother Michaelene (Kozak) Partlow; father Robert Gary Partlow; step-father, Earl Lee Andress; brother, Kenny Partlow; grandparents Virginia Kozak, Charles Kozak, Kenneth Partlow and Catherine Partlow; nieces and nephews, Sydney, Donald, Hunter, and Quentin.


At the request of Mr. Partlow cremation has taken place. A Memorial dinner will take place from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Pine Towers (306 S. Walnut St., Bay City, MI  48706). The family would like to extend a special thank you to Cousin Amanda Andress and Aaron Bargeron. In lieu of flowers those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to make a memorial contribution to the wishes of the family.
