Werner "Jerry" G. Lupcke

Lupcke, Werner G. "Jerry" Werner G. "Jerry" Lupcke of Bay City, Michigan passed away unexpectedly Thursday morning October 9, 2014 at his residence at the age of 82 years. The son of the late William Lupcke and Telhea (Krzewinski) Lupcke was born September 1, 1932 in Bay City and has resided here all of his life. He graduated from St. James High School, served in the United States Army, retired from Saginaw Steering Geer and attended Our Lady of Peace Parish-St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church. He had a love for old cars, polka music, enjoyed sports and was an avid Detroit Tiger Fan. On May 26, 1962 he married the former Dawn A. Bacon and she survives his passing along with three children; Darren G. Lupcke of Bay City, Kimberly A. (John) Gillman of Freeland and Timothy J. (Sharon) Lupcke of Bay City, four grandchildren; Lauren, Mitchell, Kate and Addison Lupcke and one brother; Ronald Lupcke. Funeral Services will take place Monday, October 13, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Sr. Virginia Scally, SNDdeN with the Rite of Committal following in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Monday from 9:00 a.m. and until the time of service. Memorial cards for the Humane Society of Bay County will be available at the funeral home.
