Jacobs, Wilhelmina A. "Willie" Saginaw, Michigan Formerly of Bay City, Michigan Willie passed away Monday, November 21, 2011 at Covenant Health Care-Cooper in Saginaw, MI. She was born July 4, 1915 in Bay City, Michigan. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Essexville. Willie enjoyed spending time with her family, sewing, embroidery, reading, going for rides in the car and attending parties, especially her birthday every 4th of July. She is survived by her children; Virgil (Theresa) Jacobs, Vern Jacobs, Vincent (Lois) Jacobs, Vallarian (Diane) Jacobs, Valeria (Jim) Thibault, Vivian (Chris) Roth, Vere (Janet) Jacobs, Viola (Bob) Badour, Vanessa (Larry) Schalk, Veldean (Don) Richardson and Vera (Rex) French, several grandchildren, great grand children and great great grandchildren, her sister; Virginia Patrick, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; Clarence Jacobs, two daughters and one son; Valinda Jacobs, Victor Jacobs and Virginia Reinhardt and her brothers. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated Monday, November 28, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church 6124 Pine St., Essexville, Michigan. The celebrant will be Rev. Fr. Ricky M. Varner with the Rite of Committal following in St. Patrick's Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Saturday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Vigil for the Deceased will take place Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Willie will be taken to the church on Monday to lie in state from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
